2. Make a copy of mysql/backup folder and name it as mysql/data.
3. Copy all database folders that are in mysql/data_old into mysql/data (skipping the mysql, performance_schema, test, and PHPMyAdmin)
4. Now remove ibdata1 file from new mysql/data and then copy the ibdata1 file from mysql/data_old and paste it inside the new mysql/data folder. (Don’t replace the ibdata1 file in mysql/data folder)
5. Now, Please start the XAMPP Control panel as administrator.
